1. Shipping Coverage

UAE Domestic:

  • Major Cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 1-2 business days
  • Other Emirates (Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ): 2-3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3-4 business days
  • Track Your Order: Check your email for tracking link

International: Available to select destinations (3-14 business days depending on location)

2. Shipping Costs 

Standard Delivery:

  • Cost: AED 15-25 depending on zone
  • Timeline: 1-3 business days
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Delivery Window: Workdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

3. Order Processing

  • Standard orders: Ship within 48 hours
  • Express orders: Same-day processing if ordered before 12 PM
  • All orders include tracking information
  • You'll receive email confirmation and shipping notifications on e-mail and/or WhatsApp.

4. International Shipping

  • Rates: Vary upon destination. Contact us for quote
  • Customer pays: All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees
  • Restrictions: Some products may not ship to certain countries due to customs regulations. Customer is responsible.

5. Packaging

  • Secure, leak-proof packaging for all products
  • Protective materials for fragile items
  • Eco-friendly materials when possible
  • Minimal packaging approach to reduce waste
  • Gift wrapping available (+AED 20) upon request

6. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Payment of all customs duties and taxes when required
  • Clearing packages from customs when required

7. Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Orders:

  • Report within 24 hours with photos
  • We'll replace or refund immediately, upon customer's choosing.

Delayed Deliveries:

  • We'll notify you proactively of any delays
  • Significant delays: shipping refund offered

Wrong Address:

  • Free corrections before shipping
  • After shipping: redelivery fees apply
  • Customer is responsible to provide correct address.

    8. Force Majeure

    Delays due to weather, natural disasters, commemorative dates, government restrictions, health emergencies, logistics disruptions, or technology system failures are beyond our control. We'll communicate promptly and offer refunds or rescheduling.
